Incorrectly Selected Product: If you've selected the wrong product for your needs or vehicle, we won't accept your return. We recommend carefully checking the specifications before purchasing.
Product Damaged Upon Delivery: If the product was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue with the shipping company. We will not accept returns if the product is damaged after delivery.
Opened Product or Broken Warranty Seal: To ensure the integrity of the product, we will not accept returns if it has been opened or if the warranty seal has been removed.
Product Damaged Due to Incorrect Connection: If the product was damaged due to an incorrect connection made by the customer, we will not be able to accept the return.
Partial Return and Specific Conditions:
In cases where the chosen product doesn't fit the customer's vehicle due to a purchasing error, we offer partial returns with a 50% refund of the purchase price. This applies when the product selection error is attributable to the customer.
